WHAT IF A WEAPON IS BROKEN OR DAMAGED? Having your weapon broken is the most painful thing imaginable. It hurts so much that you faint and are out of commission for a whole week while being treated in the infirmary. Though your weapon will be healed should you make a full recovery it is possible for a weapon to stay broken and only repair itself after a certain requirement is met. Pain from a damaged weapon depends on how severely damaged it feels. If a weapon is scratched it feels a lot like a punch to the stomach.
WHAT IF WE WANT A SPECIAL CASE CHARACTER? First off you have to ask permission for a special case by PMing one of the staff members. Make sure to let them know what you want for you special case character (and we’re only going to allow a limited amount of them since special cases in the real world are rare). Here are some special cases that we’d for sure allow: a rich student in humble housing, an exceptionally intelligent scholarship student as a royal and/or on the student council.
WHY CAN'T I MAKE A TEACHER? Trick question, you can now! Just a few modifications to the application and you're good to go for making any sort of faculty member. What you do with that character is up to you, but remember that they aren't able to play the game.
DO I HAVE TO HAVE A SERF TO PARTICIPATE IN A BATTLE? Nope, you can use an NPC Serf if you want to! Likewise if you're a Serf character you do not have to plot with a Royal to own your character, you can just have an NPC for that. It is really up to you, my personal preference is to have my characters owned or owning others because I can have more plots that way - but there are just as many plots you can have with NPCs (even more since they can fit exactly what you're looking for) as well as your NPCs toward other characters.
HOW DO I CLAIM/GET CLAIMED? That is up to you. Use communication to contact a Serf as your Royal or if you play a Serf find a Royal to contact. You can also use NPCs as your Serfs or your Royal if you wish the choice is completely yours to make. If you have come across a Serf that does not want a played Royal, please respect their wishes and don't try to force them into moving on with a plot like that.
WOULD I BE A SERF, OR A ROYAL? Quite simply, it's all dependent on the family's wealth and character's social-class; not entirely how they pay to attend St. Utopia.
