St. Utopia is a very prestigious academy for high school level students. There are three grade levels: first, second and third. The ages of students within them range from fifteen to sixteen in first, sixteen to seventeen in second, and seventeen to eighteen in third.
It is defined not only by its prestige, but its way of segregating students based on family’s amount of money and fame. There are four dorms at the school and each houses students from a very specific background. It might be important to note that only A-hall and B-hall students are admitted as Royals, C- and S-hall students are leftover as Serfs.

A-HALL: This dorm houses all students who come from what would be a “well-bred” background. Student Council is housed at the very top floor and the other three are reserved for the richest students at the school. These students always have the best marks, can afford the finest things, and have the most power within the school. Think of diplomat and big business children.
B-HALL: This dorm houses students who are either considered famous or come from famous families. Teen idols, singers, models, actors, and children who come from families with an idol, singer, model, or actor parent make up this glorious building which is only a step below A-hall in terms of décor and how nice the rooms are.
C-HALL: Basically a dorm for everyone else. All middle-class students who can afford the school alright without scholarships and who can pay for a few extra things fit into this building which is rather plain. However it is a comfortable building with quite a lot of perks even though it is not the nicest of establishments. Sadly not much attention is given to C-hall.
S-HALL: It is often said that the S in S-hall stands for Shoddy. Though the building has been remodeled several times it remains in its vintage and never-quite-working-the-right-way state. It houses delinquent students who get poor grades and do not join clubs; it also houses general outsiders, poor students who barely scrape by, and scholarship students. S-hall has gained a lot of bad rap.

St. Utopia requires a uniform to be worn when attending classes. Though they are mostly the same there are slight differences between each gender’s specific look. The similarities are nicely tailored silk vests, red outside, black inside with a folded over collar and gold silk embroidery; the vest has a long set of tails on the back, each falling just behind the knee. Both men and women are required to wear a pressed, white, button up blouse women are required to wear short sleeves (that have just a bit of puffing out at the cuff around the forearm), while men wear long sleeves, which can be rolled up if they desire. Men wear a sleek black tie with their ensemble while women tie a thin, black ribbon around their shirt collars. Women wear beige and white plaid miniskirts that fall just above mid-thigh with mid-thigh high black stockings and black ankle boots with two-inch beige rubber heels and a gold front zipper from to top. Meanwhile men wear long black slacks, black socks, and similar black shoes with no high heels, just a standard half-inch lift of the sole.
